20' X 16' Storage Shed
We all face tall orders at times, with small budgets and big needs. The only way to make it work is to get creative and put in the sweat equity.
I need to build a 20x16 shed to hold some equipment and Rubbermaid storage cartons. I cannot afford to buy one already built. Could you possibly help me?
While big metal storage sheds can go up quickly and provide the space you need in just a handful of days, custom designed storage sheds can be expensive.
Construction companies are squeezed in this current economic climate and this can present opportunities that didn't exist just months ago. While a 20x16 storage shed isn't going to come cheap, you may be able to find a great deal on a metal building kit that's sitting around collecting dust. Often times, the builders are stuck with kits have have been built to order, but have been canceled before delivery. You might need to make design concessions to fit your budget, but it's all good if you can get everything under the roof - no matter its color - at a cost you can afford.
With the help of a bunch of friends, you can slash construction costs. Just remember to keep your buddies well fed and the cold ones in the cooler until after the day's work is done.
